Jim has had a love of history since childhood and it has grown into a full time business and hobby. He is formally trained as an illustrator and painter from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and has been in the printing business for 18 years. But, until 6 years ago when launching Battlefield Dry Goods Online his love of history and business finally united. Painting full time the website was launched along with custom screen printing and embroidery. On weekends his identity changes and he portrays General John Rawlins with the Federal Generals Corp along with his family. Teaching Living history allows Jim and his family to honor family members who have so bravely fought for us. Life is surrounded with History and his commitment to preserve and honor the past is his life goal.
